The purpose of this checklist is to help verify the operation of the LexAlign system.

SITE ACCESS

Reset Password Function (Only for Production Environment): From the login page, click on "Forgot your password?" link and verify that you get the email.

ALL PAGES

All Pages: Verify that the logout function in the lower left corner of all pages works.

All Pages: Verify that all linked content elements are underlined throughout the application.

HOME PAGE

Home Page: Verify home page header buttons take you to the appropriate list with counts that match the home page.

Home Page: Select each Cohort for the current Cycle and verify the graph updates correctly.

Home Page: Select Completed Assessments, export the list and verify it displays the correct information.

Home Page: Verify that the info icons display messages.

ASSESSMENTS TAB

Assessments Tab: Verify the information icons work in the Assessments table header.

Assessments Tab: Select "Filters" and verify the correct information is displayed with a variety of selections.

Assessments Tab: Select "Sort Columns" and verify the correct information is displayed with a variety of selections.

Assessments Tab: Select "Export" and verify that the export works and the correct information is displayed in the export file.

Assessments Tab: Select a customer and verify that the information for them looks correct.

OVERVIEW TAB

Overview Tab: Select the Overview tab and verify that the information for the LXA10 report loads and looks accurate.

Overview Tab: Download the LXA10 report and verify that the PDF file looks accurate.

Overview Tab: Select the Overview tab and verify that the information for the LXA20 report loads and looks accurate.

Overview Tab: Download the LXA20 report and verify that the PDF file looks accurate.

Overview Tab: Select the Overview tab and verify that the information for the LXA30 report loads and looks accurate.

Overview Tab: Download the LXA30 report and verify that the PDF file looks accurate.

REPORTS TAB

Activity Report: Select all cohorts for the current Cycle. Download and verify the report looks accurate for both the csv and xlsx file.

Risk Factors Report: Select all cohorts for the current Cycle and select "Device Functioning" for the Risk Factors Category. Download and verify the report looks accurate for both the csv and xcel file.

Compliance Essentials Report: Select all cohorts for the current Cycle. Download and verify the report looks accurate for both the csv and xlsx file.

Bounced Emails Report: Select all cohorts on the Bounced Emails Report. Download and verify the report looks accurate for both the csv and xlsx file.

SUPPORT REQUESTS TAB

Support requests: Examine the support requests to see that they are displaying.

NOTE: Some banks may have the support requests functionality disabled.

CUSTOMERS TAB

Customers Tab: Select a customer from the list to verify their information is displayed properly.

Customers Tab: Export the customer list and verify that it looks accurate.
