QA – Customer Portal The purpose of this checklist is to help verify the operation of the LexAlign system. All fields are required. If no Assessments have been completed you will see the "Assessments" tab. Verify that the correct tab is displayed. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped Customer Home Page: Help Select "HELP" from the top navigation. Select a subject, enter a description, then click "SEND". Verify that a message is displayed saying you successfully submitted a support request. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped Customer Home Page: Help Verification Log out of the Customer and Log into the Institution. Select "Support Requests" and Verify that the support request you submitted is listed. Log out of the Institution and log back into the customer. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped Customer Home Page: Invite a Colleague Select "INVITE A COLLEAGUE" from the top navigation. Fill out the form and click "SEND INVITE". Verify that a message is displayed saying the colleague has been invited to your company. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped ASSESSMENTS TAB Customer Home Page - Assessments: Select an Assessment and complete it. Verify that the system took you to the "RESULTS" tab when you completed the Assessment. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped RESULTS TAB Customer Home Page - Results: The most recently completed Assessment will display links to the Audit Report and Action Plan as well as the Policy Package. Verify that each link works correctly. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped REMEDIATION CHECKLIST TAB Customer Home Page - Remediation Checklist: Select a completed Assessment. A table will be displayed. Click "Expand All" to verify the table expands properly. Click "Collapse All" to verify that the table collapses properly. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped Customer Home Page - Remediate Risk Factor: Select the "REMEDIATE" button for one of the Risk Factors. Complete the form and click "SUBMIT". Verify that the table was updated with your entry. SelectVerifiedFailedSkipped Customer Home Page - Remediate Risk Factor Verified: Log out of the customer and log back into the Institution.
